The beginning of a company began in October 2022 when our founder, Andreja Hlupic, decided to pursue her wish to work as an independent HR consultant after collecting experience in a growing telecom company for 18 years.

Certified as an NLP coach and HR consultant, she combines her deep knowledge with innovative psychological tools like 4 Rooms of Change and DISC Flow to support dynamic transformation. Her approach is defined by creativity and open-mindedness, fostering solutions that inspire individuals and teams to reach their full potential.
